Dust measurement

As part of the measurements we make to monitor construction activities, rock blasting, excavations, etc. can i.a. crushing and demolition dust particles occur which are harmful to health. The operation of trains, subways, buses, trucks and other vehicles will also give rise to harmful particles.

Our dust meters have a built-in pump that draws in air to a calibrated laser-based detector such as measures the number of particles and their size.

Data is sent directly to our cloud solution. This provides a continuous measurement with the ability to identify the level of particle concentration. There is also the option to set up alarms with flashes, sirens or to send SMS/e-mail when the particle level is above a preset level.

On certain projects, there may be a requirement that dust particles be measured to ensure that there is no unnecessary pollution of the local environment.
